Key Responsibilities
Medication & Supplies Management Order and administer prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment to support resident care.
Individualized Care Delivery Follow and execute care plans tailored to each resident's unique needs.
Clinical Precision Perform wound care, treatments, and clinical procedures accurately and safely.
Thorough Documentation Record all observations, interventions, and resident evaluations with precision.
HIPAA Compliance Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold the rights of residents, families, and the facility.
What We're Looking For
Licensure: Valid LPN license in New York State
Experience: Skilled nursing experience preferred (but not required)
