Signature HealthCARE seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver resident-centered care in our long-term care and post-acute community. Reporting to the RN, you’ll administer medications and treatments, monitor conditions, document in EMRs, and support individualized care plans. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, supervise CNAs, and promote safety, infection control, and quality improvement.
