Signature HealthCARE is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality clinical care in our long-term and post-acute care community. The LPN will deliver direct resident care, administer medications and treatments, monitor and document resident status, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support person-centered care plans.
