PRN $28 per hour
Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Indiana Department of Correction. We are currently seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Wabash Valley Correctional Center located in Carlisle, Indiana.
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one required
- Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
