Schedule: Must work every other weekend

THE FACILITY
- Medium~115-bed skilled nursing facility
- Long-term care, rehab, and memory care
- Busy environment with consistent need for LPNs
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Medication administration (PO, injections, treatments)
- Monitor and assess residents
- Perform treatments and wound care
- Supervise CNAs and delegate tasks
- Charting and documentation
- Communicate with RNs, physicians, and care team
- Respond to changes in patient condition
WHAT YOU NEED
- Active NY LPN license
- SNF / LTC experience REQUIRED
- Comfortable with 10–15+ patients
- Must work every other weekend (NO exceptions)
- Able to handle fast-paced environment
