Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor residents' conditions and communicate any changes to the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting comfort and dignity
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient care
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations, facility policies, and nursing standards
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Iowa (required)
- Previous experience in senior living, long-term care, skilled nursing, or a similar setting preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
