Key Responsibilities:
- Install and repair commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water supply systems.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide appropriate solutions to ensure optimal functionality.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent issues.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan plumbing installations.
- Collaborate with contractors, builders, and other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent on projects.
- Valid plumbing license.
- Proven experience as a commercial plumber (minimum 3-5 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
