Licensed Plumber / Water Treatment InstallerHelp Maine families enjoy cleaner, safer water while putting your plumbing skills to work in a role that's anything but routine. We're seeking a Maine-licensed Journeyman or Master Plumber to install, service, and troubleshoot residential and light commercial water treatment systems. This position combines traditional plumbing work with specialized treatment technologies, offering a rewarding mix of technical problem-solving, customer interaction, and hands-on installation work.ResponsibilitiesInstall and service water treatment systems, including water softeners, iron filters, UV systems, pH neutralizers, arsenic/uranium treatment systems, and radon-in-water systemsPerform plumbing installations and repairs related to treatment equipmentEnsure all work complies with Maine plumbing code and manufacturer specificationsTroubleshoot plumbing, water pressure, flow, and water quality issuesHandle permits, inspections, and job documentationServe as a technical resource for other field staffEducate homeowners on system operation and maintenanceMaintain company vehicle, tools, and a clean, professional worksiteQualificationsMaine Journeyman or Master Plumber License in good standingValid driver's license with an insurable driving recordStrong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and Maine plumbing codeExperience with wells, pressure tanks, and water treatment equipment preferredStrong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skillsAbility to lift up to 75 lbs.
