Job Summary
ART Surgical is seeking an exceptional Physician Assistant to join our boutique plastic surgery practice dedicated exclusively to gender-affirming care. Our practice specializes in facial feminization surgery, gender-affirming body contouring, chest surgery, and genital surgery. We are looking for a compassionate, highly motivated PA who enjoys working closely with patients and wants to build a long‑term career in an innovative and rapidly evolving field. This is an opportunity to work side‑by‑side with an experienced, board‑certified plastic surgeon in a practice known for personalized care, surgical excellence, and a strong commitment to the transgender community. This is not a high‑volume assembly‑line practice. We intentionally maintain a boutique model that allows us to build meaningful relationships with our patients while providing highly specialized surgical care.
As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to:
- Develop expertise in one of the fastest-growing areas of plastic surgery
- Gain extensive operative experience
- Work directly with a nationally recognized surgeon and educator
- Become an integral member of a collaborative, mission‑driven practice
- Help improve the lives of transgender and gender‑diverse patients every day
We believe exceptional surgical outcomes begin with exceptional patient relationships.
A tentative schedule could look like: Monday and some Thursdays clinic, OR Tuesday–Thursday, Friday telemedicine/administrative time, with a shared call schedule.
