To support K-12 schools in New York, the fully remote New York Licensed Physical Therapist will evaluate students' gross motor function and develop treatment plans while working as a 1099 Independent Contractor during the school year. Key responsibilities Evaluate levels of gross motor function, mobility, strength, balance, and functional skills of students Develop and execute individualized treatment plans addressing specific student needs Document sessions and track progress towards IEP goals while collaborating with school personnel Required qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited program Active New York State PT license Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) Experience with reliable, HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platforms and a strong tech setup Authorization to work in the United States
