Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT) Part-Time Contract

Position: Physical Therapist (DPT) Physical Therapy Services
Work Location: Kentwood, Michigan
Employment Type: Part-Time / Contract
Schedule: Approximately 2 hours per visit, twice per month (4 hours per month), with additional services as needed

Job Summary
R.L. Klein & Associates Inc. is seeking a qualified, Michigan-licensed Physical Therapist (DPT) to provide onsite physical therapy, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and wellness services for personnel at the Kentwood, Michigan

Responsibilities
Provide onsite physical therapy and rehabilitation services.
Conduct injury prevention assessments and movement screenings.
Develop and implement therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation programs.
Perform ergonomic evaluations and workplace wellness assessments.
Conduct return-to-duty assessments and support safe recovery from injuries.
Provide recommendations to improve physical performance and reduce occupational injury risks.

Required Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
Active, unrestricted Michigan Physical Therapist license.
Minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience.
Required professional credentials and certifications.

Preferred Experience
Rehabilitation for law enforcement officers and first responders.
Occupational health and workers’ compensation case management.
Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs).
Return-to-duty conditioning and tactical athlete rehabilitation.
Dry needling, where appropriately licensed and certified.
