Supporting medical management operations, the full-time Licensed Pharmacy Technician will review prior authorization requests, triage incoming requests, and communicate with healthcare providers while working remotely from 11:30 AM to 8 PM EST with mandatory weekend rotation. Key responsibilities Review and determine prior authorization requests based on company policies Triaging and entering incoming prior authorization requests from provider offices Contacting hospitals and provider offices to obtain necessary clinical documentation Required qualifications Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) with a minimum of three years of experience Experience with Medicare Part B operations, including prior authorizations Proficient in technology, particularly Gmail/G Suite Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience caring for Medicare patients
