Seeking a dynamic Licensed Pharmacist Trainer, this full-time position will develop and deliver training programs for pharmacist staff on prior authorization systems, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Facilitate onboarding and comprehensive training sessions for pharmacists using various training methods Develop and update training materials to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations Assess pharmacist performance through evaluations and provide constructive feedback for improvement Required qualifications: Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited program Active unrestrictive pharmacist license 3+ years of experience as a clinical pharmacist in a Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) setting Experience in developing and delivering training programs Solid understanding of prior authorization operations and relevant laws and regulations
