To support patient care and provider inquiries, the full-time Remote Licensed Pharmacist will review and process prior authorization requests for medications while working from home. Key Responsibilities: Review and process prior authorization requests for medications Apply clinical judgment and pharmaceutical knowledge to determine coverage based on clinical guidelines and plan criteria Communicate with prescribers and healthcare providers as needed Required Qualifications: Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in any U.S. state (multi-state preferred) Minimum 1 year of prior authorization, managed care, or clinical experience preferred Comfortable working independently in a remote setting Reliable high-speed internet (must include speed test from on resume)
