We have an exciting opportunity for a Licensed Pharmacist with the Phoenix VA Health Care System (PVAHCS), Phoenix, AZ. Position Details

Role:Inpatient & Outpatient Pharmacist

Openings:2

Location:Phoenix, AZ

Contract:1-year base + 4 option years

Shift:Must be flexible to work rotating day/night shifts as needed

Eligibility:U.S. Citizens / Green Card holders

Requirements

Pharm.D. or B.S. in Pharmacy from anACPE-accredited U.S. pharmacy school

Current, valid, unrestrictedU.S. Pharmacist License

24 months of relevant experience within the last 36 months preferred

Must be willing to work rotating shifts

All resume gaps must be explained
