Offering a part-time, fully remote PRN opportunity, the Licensed Outpatient Therapist will provide individual and family therapy using a telehealth platform, conducting assessments and implementing evidence-based interventions for diverse mental health concerns. Key responsibilities Provide therapy to children, adolescents, and adults for various behavioral health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients Monitor patient progress and document clinical interventions in the electronic health record system Required qualifications Master's or Doctoral Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field Full, independent licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Minimum of two years of experience in healthcare, preferably in an outpatient setting Familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches, particularly CBT, DBT, and MI American Heart Association CPR certification and training in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) within specified timeframes
