Ellie Mental Health North Wales is looking for therapists (LPC, LCSW, and LMFT) who are seeking a different employment experience to ignite their creativity while minimizing the barriers that come with traditional therapy practices. Responsibilities and duties include evaluating mental health diagnosis, creating and implementing a treatment plan, collaborating with a dynamic team to further the mission of providing mental health services to best meet the community’s needs, utilizing creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals, preparing and submitting individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol, coordinating services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed, attending and participating in all clinical staff meetings and trainings, and contributing to a thriving team culture.
Required qualifications and skills include a master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university, having an LMFT, LCSW, or LPC, required experience with completing clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes, looking for 2 years experience with providing mental health treatment in an outpatient setting, effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner, ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients, comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base, proficiency in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!), and ability to pass a background check.
Preferred qualifications and skills include providers offering individual and family therapy using a broad range of modalities, availability to work afternoon and evenings a plus, experience with trauma, family, and couples, ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation, experience with telehealth systems and approaches.
