Licensed Outpatient Clinician

Providing outpatient behavioral health services primarily through telehealth, the full-time Licensed Outpatient Clinician will manage an assigned caseload of adults, adolescents, children, and families in the Glades/Hendry County area, transitioning to a hybrid role that includes face-to-face services. Key Responsibilities Deliver individual, family, and group therapeutic services through telehealth and in-person sessions Conduct behavioral health assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain ongoing clinical documentation Coordinate care with referral sources and manage an assigned caseload while meeting productivity standards Required Qualifications Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related field At least one year of experience providing behavioral health or clinical services to children and families Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills Ability to manage a caseload independently while seeking supervision as needed Completion of all credentialing requirements established by the organization and applicable entities
