To support a growing network of dental consultants, the part-time Licensed Orthodontic Consultant will review insurance claims for medical necessity and eligibility, process claim appeals, and communicate outcomes to providers while utilizing advanced dental AI technology in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Authorize or deny predeterminations and claims by reviewing radiographs and supporting documentation Evaluate appeals, request additional information, and make revised claim decisions Participate in training sessions and provide feedback to improve claims review productivity and accuracy Required qualifications D.D.S. or D.M.D. from an accredited dental school Board certification in Orthodontics Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience Prior claims review experience strongly preferred (2+ years) Active, unrestricted dental license
