Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant

Encompass Health seeks a Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic conditions, and other serious illnesses. In this role, you’ll deliver evidence-based interventions under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, helping patients regain function and independence in daily activities. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team, document progress, educate patients and families, and maintain a safe treatment environment in a mission-driven, patient-centered setting that values learning and work–life balance.
