To support a growing pediatric practice, the full-time Virginia Licensed Occupational Therapist will provide remote therapy sessions, develop personalized care plans, and monitor client progress while ensuring accurate documentation and participation in team communication. Key responsibilities Provide remote occupational therapy sessions and evaluations for a diverse pediatric population Develop evidence-based, personalized care plans using Expressable's clinical tools and platform Monitor client progress and adjust care plans to support successful clinical outcomes Required qualifications Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT, OTD, or equivalent) and individual NPI number Licensed in Virginia as an Occupational Therapist Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience in pediatric settings Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently
