Licensed Occupational Therapist

To support a growing practice, the part-time Virginia Licensed Occupational Therapist will provide remote therapy sessions and evaluations for a diverse pediatric population while managing care plans and documentation. Key responsibilities Deliver remote occupational therapy sessions and evaluations for pediatric clients Diagnose and develop individualized care plans using Expressable's clinical tools Complete documentation accurately and participate in required training and team communication Required qualifications Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT, OTD, or equivalent) and individual NPI number Licensed in Virginia or willingness to obtain prior to start date Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience in pediatric settings Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently
