Your Impact

In this role, you won't merely be treating conditions—you will be helping to rebuild lives, restore routines, and rejuvenate the spirit of daily living. Whether aiding stroke survivors in regaining fine motor skills or assisting orthopedic patients in their recovery journey post-surgery, every bit of your expertise will be used to provide patient-centered care that nurtures resilience and encourages independence.

This environment avoids the pitfalls of checklists and rote procedures. Here, each patient represents a unique narrative, and every therapy session becomes a significant chapter in their recovery journey. You'll collaborate with fellow therapists doctors, nurses, and social workers to co-create rehabilitation strategies as unique as the individuals you're serving.

Why You'll Love Being Part of Our Team — and the Community

We have fostered a remarkable environment here. Our rehabilitation team functions like a family, supporting one another, sharing insights, and celebrating every single victory—both big and small. This is a workplace where your contributions matter, your advancement is valued, and you witness your impact every single day.

And then there's Oklahoma City— a vibrant metropolis bursting with energy, creativity, and an unparalleled sense of community. Forget the hustle of towering skyscrapers; this city offers a lively blend of artsy galleries, revitalized bricktown, and parks where you can unwind after work. The social scene pulses with music, art, and innovation, creating a setting that encourages exploration and connection. Who We're Seeking

We're searching for someone who approaches occupational therapy as more than just a job but as a genuine vocation. If you thrive at seeing a patient grasp a paintbrush again, walk with less assistance, or recount a story they thought lost to them, we want you on our team.

If you are an experienced OTR/L or a rising talent fresh into certification, this environment will enable you to flourish if you possess heart, drive, and humility. If the idea of combining exemplary patient care with a high-quality lifestyle resonates with you—this is your place.
