Your Role in Patient Care

In this position, you will do more than just alleviate symptoms; you will help restore daily routines, rebuild confidence, and bring back joy to your patients' lives. Whether you're guiding stroke survivors through fine motor rehabilitation or assisting orthopedic patients in regaining mobility post-surgery, your expertise will be crucial in delivering patient-centered care that fosters resilience and independence.

This environment thrives on personal connections and authenticity — no shortcuts or checklists here. Each patient's journey is unique, and every therapy session tells a story of recovery and determination. Your collaboration with fellow therapists, medical professionals, and social workers will lead to rehabilitation plans as individualized as the patients themselves.

Why You'll Cherish Being Part of Our Team and the Incredible City Around You

We've cultivated a sense of camaraderie that sets us apart. Our rehabilitation team doesn't merely go through the motions — we support each other, share insights, and celebrate both the big and small victories together. You will find an environment where your opinions are valued, your professional development is prioritized, and your influence is evident every day.

And don't forget the backdrop: Houston, Texas, a bustling metropolis that breaks boundaries and rewards those with a sense of adventure. Here, high-rise buildings sit alongside eclectic neighborhood parks, and urban living is enriched by a tapestry of different cultures, each contributing to a lively food scene and vibrant arts community.

The rhythm of the community is dynamic and engaging — bustling art districts, mouthwatering cuisines from around the world, and a plethora of music festivals that celebrate everything from jazz to rock. While the city attracts diverse professionals, it also fosters a pace that leaves room for both community involvement and meaningful leisure activities.

Who We Seek

We are in search of an individual who views occupational therapy not merely as a job, but as a profound calling. Someone who feels a spark of joy when they witness a patient regain control over their hands, walk with less assistance, or find their voice once more after being silenced.

Whether you are a seasoned OTR/L or an emerging talent ready to make your mark, you will excel here if you bring passion, tenacity, and a humble heart to your practice. If you relish the idea of merging exceptional care with an enriching lifestyle — your search ends here.
