Collaborate Within Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff, to deliver comprehensive care

Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance and instruction to patients and their caregivers regarding therapy practices to assist in enhancing progress at home

Document and Monitor Progress: Keep accurate records of clinical outcomes and adjust treatment processes as necessary to ensure patient success

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution

Continued learning or additional certifications encouraged and supported

Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

Certification from the NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is necessary
