Job Description
  • Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' specific needs and construct personalized therapy strategies to help them realize their functional objectives.
  • Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Leverage evidence-based interventions to boost patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living tasks.
  • Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work side by side with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to ensure comprehensive, holistic patient care.
  • Educate Patients and Caregivers: Provide training and education to patients and their families on therapy methodologies to promote continued progress at home.
  • Monitor Progress: Keep detailed records of clinical developments and modify treatments as necessary to help patients remain on track with their goals.
Education
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Encouragement for ongoing education and support for post-graduate certifications.
Certifications
  • Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) licensure.
  • NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required.
