Your Role

In your new role, you'll be doing much more than treating conditions — you'll be instrumental in restoring routines, nurturing confidence, and reigniting joy in day-to-day living. Whether you're guiding stroke survivors through intricate motor skills rehabilitation or assisting orthopedic patients in regaining mobility after procedures, your skills will play a vital role in delivering personalized care that champions resilience and independence.

This isn't a role rooted in monotony. Here, every patient has a unique story, and each therapy session is a significant chapter in their healing narrative. You will collaborate with a team of dedicated therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to design rehabilitation plans tailored to the individual journeys of your patients.

We've crafted a unique culture within our therapy team. We don't just go through the motions — we uplift one another, share insights, and celebrate every success, whether monumental or minor. In our workplace, your input is valued, your professional development is a priority, and you will see the tangible impact of your efforts day in and day out.

Boston is a city that celebrates its past while looking boldly into the future, and it welcomes individuals who thrive on that dynamic energy.

Who We Are Looking For

We seek someone who perceives occupational therapy as more than just a career but rather a calling. You will shine when you witness a patient regaining mobility, expressing thoughts they had kept locked away, or achieving newfound autonomy.

If you're a seasoned OTR/L or a new graduate ready to make your mark, you'll flourish in our environment if you bring dedication, enthusiasm, and a spirit of collaboration. If the prospect of merging outstanding patient care with a fulfilling lifestyle excites you—we want to meet you.

Join Us in Building a Legacy Together
