• Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver well-rounded, complete care
• Teach Patients and Families: Provide education on therapeutic techniques to ensure continuity of care and progress at home
• Evaluate and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to stay aligned with patient goals

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university
• Encouragement and support for ongoing education and post-graduate certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
