Your Role and Impact

In this position, you'll not only address symptoms; you'll restore routines, rebuild confidence, and spark joy in everyday activities. Whether guiding stroke survivors through fine motor skills development or assisting orthopedic patients in regaining mobility post-surgery, you'll pour your expertise into person-centered care that nurtures resilience and independence.

We prioritize personalized care over checklists and shortcuts. Each patient is a narrative, and every therapy session is a significant chapter in their recovery. Working in partnership with fellow therapists, doctors, nurses, and caseworkers, you'll craft rehabilitation plans uniquely tailored to each individual's story.

What Awaits You — Team and Environment

We have cultivated an extraordinary atmosphere here. Our rehabilitation team thrives on mutual support, shared knowledge, and celebrating victories (big and small). You'll find a workplace where your insights are valued, your development is nurtured, and the impact of your work is felt daily.

The Greater Austin area is bursting with character and creativity. Rather than concrete landscapes, immerse yourself in picturesque settings full of rolling countryside, vibrant food scenes, and artistic pockets waiting to be explored. Enjoy outdoor escapades, from kayaking on serene waters to hiking scenic trails alive with blossoms and wildlife, all while residing in a community brimming with charm and hospitality.

The local culture is rich with artistic expression, delicious food options, and a spirit of collaboration. You'll taste culinary creations from gourmet food trucks right along with remarkable barbecue and international flavors. Walkable neighborhoods lined with quirky shops, lively music venues, and cozy cafés await your discovery. This area attracts diverse talents from artists to tech innovators, all while maintaining a rhythm that welcomes leisurely chats and peaceful strolls.

Your Ideal Fit

We seek individuals who view occupational therapy as both a profession and a passion. You should feel a spark when observing a patient regain physical abilities, experience reduced dependency, or finally communicate a thought they've held back for too long.

Whether you're a seasoned OTR/L or a freshly certified professional, you'll excel here if you bring devotion, dedication, and a sense of humility to your role. If the prospect of harmonizing outstanding care with a vibrant lifestyle thrills you — you've found your new home.
