Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership and direction for the facility
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations
- Oversee financial performance, staffing, and operational efficiency

- Foster strong relationships with staff, residents, families, and the community
Qualifications:
- Current Ohio LNHA license in good standing
- Previous experience as an LNHA in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
