Key Responsibilities:
Provides overall leadership and direction for all facility departments.
Drives Census growth and financial performance
Foster a positive culture that supports employee engagement and retention and one of mutual respect, open communication and teamwork
Address care concerns and maintains an open communication relationship with all families and residents
Collaborate with clinical leadership on quality improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
Active Maryland State Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) required
Minimum 2 years of experience in skilled nursing facility leadership
Strong knowledge of state regulations.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with census management, surveys, and performance improvement
