Vice President of Operations (Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing)

We're partnering with a highly respected healthcare organization to identify an experienced Vice President of Operations to oversee a nationally recognized long-term care and post-acute pediatric campus.

This executive leadership opportunity is ideal for a current NYS Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) with extensive skilled nursing and long-term care operations experience who is looking to make a meaningful impact while leading strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide executive leadership for day-to-day operations of a long-term care and post-acute facility.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including Nursing, Medical Services, Quality, and Operations.
• Drive regulatory compliance, survey readiness, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Develop and execute strategic operational plans while managing budgets and key performance indicators.
• Partner with executive leadership on organizational growth, new program development, and expansion initiatives.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, employee engagement, and exceptional resident care.

Qualifications:

• Current NYS Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required
• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care
• Strong knowledge of NYS Department of Health regulations and CMS standards
• Proven success leading large interdisciplinary teams and complex healthcare operations

$300,000–$350,000 base salary
