Responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the facility, facility compliance with policies and State and Federal rules and regulations and providing the highest quality of care possible. 90+ Residents and a team of 80 FTE's. Reports to the VP.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Active state licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in long-term care administration or long term acute care (LTAC) facility.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, financial management, and human resources.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
