Leadership Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and direction for daily facility operations.
- Foster a positive, team-focused culture that supports staff and residents.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and maintain survey readiness.
- Partner with department leaders to achieve clinical, operational, and financial goals.
Qualifications
- Current Oklahoma Nursing Home Administrator license required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Understanding of state and federal regulations governing long-term care.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
- Long-term care leadership experience preferred.
