KeyResponsibilities
AstheLicensedNursingHomeAdministrator,youwillberesponsibleforthefacility’soveralloperationsandclinicalandfinancialsuccess.Responsibilitiesinclude:
- Maintainingbudgetcomplianceandfinancialperformance
- Overseeingdailyfacilityoperations
- Supportingstaffrecruitment,development,andretention
- Ensuringcompliancewithfederal,state,andlocalregulations
- Buildingpositiverelationshipswithresidentsandtheirfamilies
- Supportingmarketingandcensus-developmentinitiatives
- Providingleadershipandoversighttoallfacilitydepartments
- Promotingacultureofqualitycare,accountability,andteamwork
Qualifications
- CurrentNursingHomeAdministratorlicenseintheapplicablestate
- Strongknowledgeofmanagedcareandhigh-volumeMedicareoperations
- Sound,professionaljudgmentanddecision-makingskills
- Abilitytocollect,analyze,andeffectivelymanagedata
- Strongleadership,communication,andorganizationalskills
