Lauderdale Community Living Center is a small, rural nursing home dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to our residents. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our facility and create an environment where residents feel valued, supported, and at home.

As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator , you will oversee the daily operations of the facility while ensuring quality resident care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and staff success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead & Manage: Provide strong leadership and direction across all areas of facility operations.
  • Resident Care: Promote high standards of care, resident satisfaction, and quality outcomes.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and maintain readiness for surveys.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage the facility budget while monitoring expenses and financial performance.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, coach, and retain a strong, engaged team.
  • Quality Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective strategies to enhance facility performance.
  • Resident & Family Relations: Build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and the community.
  • Community Engagement: Represent the facility professionally and develop strong community partnerships.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Ensure appropriate emergency plans and procedures are in place to protect residents and staff.

Requirements

  • Active Nursing Home Administrator License required.
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous healthcare management or nursing home leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented leadership style .
