Salary
$150,000 – $190,000 (DOE)
Requirements
- Active Florida LNHA license in good standing
- Strong track record with surveys, compliance, and census growth
- Hands-on leadership style with ability to build strong teams
- Experience in Florida skilled nursing settings preferred
- Stable work history (not interim roles)
- 5+ years of Administrator experience preferred
