KeyResponsibilities

• Provideoverallleadershipanddailymanagementofallfacilityoperations.
• Ensurecompliancewithfederal,state,andlocalregulations,aswellascompanypoliciesandprocedures.
• Lead,coach,anddevelopdepartmentheadsandteammemberstopromoteapositive,high-performanceculture.
• Overseefinancialmanagement,includingbudgeting,censusdevelopment,andcostcontrol.
• Fosterstrongrelationshipswithresidents,families,physicians,andthesurroundingcommunity.
• Drivequalityimprovementinitiativestoenhanceresidentoutcomesandsatisfaction.
• Maintainopen,transparentcommunicationwithownershipandregionalleadershiponkeyoperationalmetrics.

Qualifications

• CurrentOklahomaNursingHomeAdministratorLicense(LNHA) ingoodstanding.
• Minimum3–5yearsofexperience asanAdministratorinaskillednursingorlong-termcarefacility.
• Provensuccesswithsurveyreadiness,censusgrowth,andteamdevelopment.
• StrongunderstandingofMedicare/Medicaidreimbursement,financialoperations,andcompliancestandards.
• Excellentleadership,communication,andinterpersonalskills.
• Aresults-orientedmindsetwiththeabilitytobalancequality,compliance,andoperationalefficiency.
