Haven of Ridgeview is seeking an experienced, motivated, and resident-centered Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility. Key Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and day-to-day operational oversight of the facility
Ensure compliance with all Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) and federal regulations
Maintain continuous survey readiness and lead successful survey outcomes
Drive quality improvement initiatives and performance metrics
Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and interdisciplinary teams
Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and census development strategies
Promote a positive, resident-centered culture for residents, families, and staff
Serve as primary liaison with regulatory agencies, vendors, and community partners
Qualifications
Current Illinois Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license - required
Proven experience as an Administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
Strong working knowledge of IDPH, CMS, Medicare, and Medicaid regulations
Demonstrated history of regulatory compliance and successful survey performance
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field - preferred
Compensation & Benefits
$90,000 -$100,000 annual salary based on experience
