About the Role:
As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the nursing home, including staffing, budgeting, and policy implementation
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as accreditation standards
- Developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives to improve resident care and satisfaction
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to residents
- Identifying and addressing facility issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Developing and managing budgets to achieve financial goals
Requirements:
- Current Ohio License as a Nursing Home Administrator
- Previous experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or in a related leadership role
- Strong understanding of nursing home operations, regulations, and accreditation standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and budgeting skills
Additional Information:
- This is an interim assignment
- 1099 contract position with a weekly pay rate of $2,400-$2,600.
