CareCore at Meadows is seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility in Cincinnati.
We are looking for a strong, hands-on leader who understands long-term care operations, knows how to build and support a great team, and is committed to providing exceptional care and a positive experience for residents, families, and staff.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility
- Provide leadership and support to department directors and facility staff
- Maintain compliance with state and federal long-term care regulations
- Lead survey readiness and quality improvement initiatives
- Monitor staffing, census, financial performance, and operational goals
- Promote employee engagement, retention, and accountability
- Partner with clinical leadership to maintain high standards of resident care
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, referral partners, and the community
- Drive continued growth and overall facility performance
Qualifications
- Current Ohio Nursing Home Administrator license required
- Previous long-term care/skilled nursing leadership experience required
- Strong knowledge of state and federal LTC regulations
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage facility operationsStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with census development, staffing, budgeting, and survey preparation preferred
- Hands-on leadership style with a strong focus on both residents and employees
