* Oversee all aspects of facility operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
* Supervise nursing staff and support personnel to maintain high standards of care
* Ensure facility compliance at both federal and state levels, including routine inspections
* Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals
* Promote resident rights, respect, and dignity
* Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to optimize operational efficiency
* Coordinate with social workers to address residents' emotional and social needs
* Implement staff training programs on best practices in care techniques
* Foster a positive environment that encourages resident engagement and participation
What You Bring
* Current state Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
* Bachelor's degree, preferred
* 1-3 years of experience managing a healthcare or long-term care facility
* Proven experience in operations management within a healthcare setting
* Strong supervisory skills with a focus on team development and performance management
* Knowledge of resident rights, care plans, and nursing home regulations
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
