Position: Licensed Nursing Assistant
Facility: Mountain Ridge Ctr
Location: Franklin, NH
Shift: 07:00am-03:00pm
Duration: 14 weeks (Possibility of extension)
Payrate: $24hr
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support patient mobility, including repositioning and transferring
- Accurately take and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration)
- Feed patients and monitor food and fluid intake
- Observe and report changes in patients’ physical or emotional condition
- Assist nursing staff with basic medical tasks and procedures
Required Documents:
- Active LNA License
- Active BLS Certification
- COVID-19 Vaccination Card
