Licensed Nurse Practitioner

To support a growing virtual practice, the full-time Virginia Licensed Nurse Practitioner will manage a full patient panel focusing on perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep, while prescribing and independently managing hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and pharmacologic weight management in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage ongoing patient relationships while providing virtual care for women's midlife health issues Prescribe and independently manage HRT and evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management therapies Maintain productivity benchmarks and ensure accurate documentation in a high-volume clinical setting Required qualifications Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC 3+ years of experience independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients 3+ years of experience prescribing and titrating HRT 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience Preferred certification in Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine
