Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Seeking a Virginia Licensed Nurse Practitioner, the full-time remote position will provide direct clinical care to patients with neurological conditions and memory disorders, collaborating closely with physicians to enhance patient access and streamline treatment processes. Key responsibilities Deliver telehealth clinical care to patients with neurological conditions and memory disorders Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and manage ongoing treatment in collaboration with supervising physicians Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and disease progression while maintaining accurate clinical documentation Required qualifications Active, unrestricted NP license in Virginia; certification in geriatrics, adult-gerontology, or family practice preferred 2+ years of clinical experience in neurology, memory care, and/or dementia care settings Strong clinical judgment and clinical documentation skills Ability to manage a full patient panel independently with physician collaboration Excellent communication skills with patients facing cognitive decline and their caregivers
