Leading department operations related to clinical denials, the full-time Licensed Nurse Consultant Lead will optimize team function focusing on quality and efficiency while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Coordinate Clinical Case Study presentations for clients, managing invites and communications Provide onboarding, training, and mentoring for new nurse hires Participate in the quality assurance process to ensure guidelines and deadlines are met Required Qualifications College degree or diploma from a school of nursing; must be a licensed RN Minimum 5 years of experience in denials and appeals or hospital revenue cycle Experience with MCG, InterQual, and payor medical policies Clinical nursing experience in a hospital environment, preferably in ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or Transplant unit Moderate computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
