Experienced Mortgage Closers will find a full-time opportunity focused on preparing and auditing closing documents for various loan types, ensuring compliance with guidelines, and providing excellent customer service in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Perform pre-closing audits of documentation and prepare closing disclosures for settlement agents Review and clear underwriting conditions, ensuring timely funding of loans within the assigned pipeline Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, including home builders and title companies Required qualifications 3+ years of mortgage closing experience with the ability to close 65 loans Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, USDA guidelines, and federal and state laws (e.g., TRID, TILA, ECOA, HMDA) Experience with Ellie Mae Encompass Loan Origination System for 2-3 years Ability to read and interpret various loan documents and resolve issues effectively Strong organizational skills to manage competing deadlines under pressure
