To support military service members and their families, the full-time Licensed Military Family Counselor will provide confidential, non-medical counseling and outreach services while working remotely across the U.S. Key responsibilities Providing confidential, non-medical counseling to service members, spouses, children, and families Delivering short-term, solution-focused support and conducting outreach activities within military communities Collaborating with installation leadership and family support organizations to enhance military family resilience and wellbeing Required qualifications Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field Independent, unrestricted clinical licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) Experience providing counseling or behavioral health services Ability to work effectively with military populations and diverse communities Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
