Supporting patients aged 13 and older, the full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide psychosocial support and evidence-based care in a fully remote environment, while managing treatment planning and collaboration with a clinical care team. Key responsibilities Provide psychosocial support and education to individuals, couples, and families Utilize evidence-based methodologies for treatment planning and short-term counseling Collaborate with the clinical care team to ensure continuity of care for patients Required qualifications Current, active, and unencumbered State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Master's degree from an accredited College or University Proven skills in diagnostic assessment, care collaboration, and treatment planning Willingness to obtain additional state licenses based on business needs Experience with evidence-based methodologies, including motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy
