Offering a full-time remote opportunity, the Licensed Mental Health Therapist (MA) will provide outpatient therapy, manage a diverse client portfolio, and participate in weekly case consultations while enjoying complete schedule autonomy. Key responsibilities Provide evidence-based therapy to clients in an outpatient setting Manage and maintain a caseload of clients, ensuring personalized care Participate in weekly case consultations and peer support groups Required qualifications Valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, MHC, or LMFT) Experience in outpatient mental health services Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule Commitment to ongoing professional development and supervision Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic practices
